What did Maryam feel?

“And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm tree. She said, ‘Oh, I wish I had died before this and was in oblivion, forgotten.’” (QS: Maryam: 23)

It’s so tragic to read the verse at first time, I can’t even imagine how hard she stand still, thus, I came with a question. “What did Maryam feel?”

As a woman, we gifted with days on period, when the moon came, I don’t get it before why woman so sensitive, as I reach adolescent, I realized, some thing you can’t control or out of your hand.
